The Bargeman's Rest is located on Newport's previously busy quay - named Little London as it reminded coastal sailing skippers of The Port of London with its bustle of ships.

It is owned and has been converted by brothers Neil and Andrew Gibbs and their partners Stephanie Gibbs and Jane Simmonds.
